CrystalQ has developed an efficient wafer reclaim process resulting in short delivery times and minimum substrate material removal. The level of GaN growth into the sapphire and the lift-off technique are defining the final reclaimed wafer thickness. "Both substrates with a thin film still present and substrates that remain after laser lift-off are reclaimed.
