CrystalQ has developed a unique production process resulting in a surface quality that enhances the epitaxial growth of GaN. "With our specific surface treatment processes we managed to create a uniform, stepped sapphire surface that generates a uniform deposition of gallium-nitride with less defects. This property supports our customers with further increasing their yield and product durability," said Pepijn Fluks, Marketing & Sales Manager at CrystalQ. "Our focus on consistent use of state-of-the-art technologies and on flexibility in substrate diameters creates opportunities for solid partnerships and allows us to anticipate future market demands".

Stadskanaal, the Netherlands - CrystalQ B.V., Europe's first supplier of superior quality sapphire substrates, received venture capital to complete further expansion of CrystalQ's high-tech production environment.
