CrystalQ is proud to announce it is now certified as ISO 9001:2008 compliant, this for the The manufacturing and sales of high quality sapphire wafers and related products for the LED and semiconductor industry. The certification is accredited by TÜV Rheinland Nederland BV.

To become certified as ISO 9001:2008 compliant CrystalQ underwent a one-year evaluation process that included quality management system development, a management system documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment, and clearance of non-conformances, all of which work to identify corrective actions that elimination non-conformance to the quality management standard.

The certification of compliance with ISO 9001:2008 recognizes that the policies, practices and procedures of CrystalQ ensure consistent quality in the services and work product we provide our clients. With this certification, our clients can be confident that CrystalQ is dedicated to maintaining the highest efficiency and responsiveness in achieving our ultimate goal – guaranteed client satisfaction.

To maintain our certification, TÜV Rheinland Nederland BV will during the next three years perform two verification audits to ensure compliance and to assess initiatives for continued improvement.
